These breast pads are amazing! They cause instant relief and really do help. I love that they come with the cover. Right now I’m close to my due date and am experiencing some pain, so I’m using them cool but did do a test warming them a bit to see if it would help with engorgement and they kept the heat in.

These have been a life savior or milk savior I should say. Applying these warm compress before breastfeeding allowed my ducts to get unblocked. Such a simple and cheap remedy to this problem I was facing. Absolutely recommend!

Great head pads for nursing mamas Love these breast head pads. They heat up really quickly so be careful when heating them in the microwave (>30 seconds if you're doing both - but you should really test your microwave heat in smaller intervals until you find the right timing/setting). These head pads feel good and last a pretty long (20+ min). When I had an issue with the order, the seller responded right away and resolved the issue.

Great product. I just had my baby three weeks ago and this product has been amazing to my incredibly sore beasts. The gel beaded pads come with a soft cover which is nice so the packs are not too cold and uncomfortable. You can also snap the circle closed in order for the ice packs to stay on without having to hold them.

so it doesn’t seem like it would be a hassle to me I haven’t warmed these, but honestly, heating them according to the package instructions isn’t much different than warming a bottle, so it doesn’t seem like it would be a hassle to me. They are nice and moldable to true breast and comfortable to wear inside a bra. I took off a star because the fabric that cane with it is very scratchy. I would not use that against my skin and threw it out. But overall a great product for any breast pain.

Work like a charm on clogged ducts! I rarely write reviews but this product has helped me so much that I feel inclined. I suffer from clogged milk ducts often. I quickly feel ill/feverish and pumping and nursing alone, or with a warm wash cloth, never seems to help. I finally discovered this product with my second baby and after only one use and a nursing/pumping session my ducts have been cleared and I feel back to normal! Useful tool if you have block duct! If you pump a lot. I believe you need this! I had a block duct issue and doctor told me to put either hot pad or cold pad to release the issue. This definitely works for me! You put it inside of fridge and before you pump out it on for 5 mins and it feel much better! Haven’t used for hot pad function yet. I like this product!

Buy these before you have your baby, put them in your freezer, (fast forward to sometime after birth) feel the agonizing fire that is your milk coming in, remove these from your freezer (thank your past self for being so on top of things), place them in there soft purple pouch (included), and stuff them in your bra to cool the fire where your boobs once were.

Great gel pack In fact, I use this warm my belly, I wanted more of the warm/cold therapy gel packs and noticed the size. The pad is soft and comfortable, the size is perfect too. The temperature I heat is great too.

ADD IT TO YOUR MUST HAVE ITEMS Life saver must have item I EP and some times when I miss a pumping session my ducts get clog with the heat back I'm able to release clog without jumping in a hot shower. It saves me 10 min of pump time because I empty so much quicker.
